LJHA Reception
At LJHA we take security seriously. If you are trying to get in to one of our schemes and you are stopped, please do not be offended. Security is there to look after our residents. CCTV and access control are in place.
Our Reception is located as you come in the front door to Stonegate Way on the right-hand side before you reach the second set of glass doors. We have created a hatch so that when staff are in, they can speak directly to visitors.
We are open for in-person enquiries from 10am to 3pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 2pm on Fridays.
The reception will be open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm and 9am to 2pm on Friday.
Outside of our opening hours, our emergency contact arrangements will apply as shown below.

When you ring 0113 320 7777 in the daytime the call will be directed to reception.
When you ring the number out of hours, you will have 2 options;
• 1st option will be directed to the voice mail service
• 2nd option will be directed to out of hours emergency repairs.
