We are a relatively small staff team of around 30 staff members that keep our organisation running. We operate in four main departments. Chief Executive Mark works closely with the Directors and Staff to make sure each department is clear on its priorities and is retaining a high quality of service. Craig is our Operations Director, overseeing Sheltered Housing, Housing Services and Property Services. Harj oversees the Finance and Resources Team.
Sheltered Housing
Housing Support Workers are managed by our Sheltered Housing Manager, Karen. The team provide a 24/7 support service for 250+ Sheltered Housing tenants.
Housing Services
Housing Services are managed by our Housing Manager, Sophie Roberts. Her team consists of James, our Temporary Housing Officer, and Simon, who co-ordinates resident engagement, working across sheltered and non-sheltered.
Property
Property Services are managed by Matt. His team of Abi, Andy, Yvonne, Jon, Steve, Richard, and Claire make sure all repairs and improvement works are carried out on time, to a high quality and to regulatory standards.
Finance and Resources
Finance
The finance team is managed by Annabel with support from Harry and Gita They manage and report the Association finances to the Board, work with the Auditors and also manage the day-to-day tenant rent and service charges accounts
Resources
Clare is our HR and Governance Manager. She manages Sarah and they provide administrative support across the organisation. Kerry is also our Complaints Officer and manages the complaints process.
Liam is our Data and Systems Manager he has responsibility for managing and developing our IT and data systems.
Chris is also our Complaints Officer.
Sarah provides administrative support across the organisation.
