We are a relatively small staff team of around 30 staff members that keep our organisation running. We operate in four main departments. Chief Executive Mark works closely with the Directors and Staff to make sure each department is clear on its priorities and is retaining a high quality of service. Craig is our Operations Director, overseeing Sheltered Housing, Housing Services and Property Services. Harj oversees the Finance and Resources Team.
Sheltered Housing
Housing Support Workers are managed by our Sheltered Housing Manager, Karen. The team provide a 24/7 support service for 250+ Sheltered Housing tenants.
Housing Services
Housing Services are managed by our Housing Manager, Liz Miller. Her team consists of Omar, our Housing Officer, and Simon, who co-ordinates resident engagement, working across sheltered and non-sheltered.
Property
Property Services are managed by Matt. His team of Alan, Abi, Steve, Richard, Claire, Dan and Tim make sure all repairs and improvement works are carried out on time, to a high quality and to regulatory standards.
Finance
Harjinder is the Finance and Resources Director who manages the back office team of Annabel and Harry, supporting the business.
Kerry is our HR and Resources Manager, who manages Sarah, who provides administrative support across the organization.
