Work is now underway at Stone Court, refurbishing 12 existing flats and creating an additional ground floor flat with a new build extension.
Engie, our contractors for the project, have been on site from late January and works are expected to be complete mid-may.
This full refurbishment includes creating separate bedroom and living areas, new kitchens and bathrooms as well as renewing the fire alarm system and electrics.
When the project is complete, these 13 general needs flats (consisting of 2 two bedroom flats and 11 one bedroom flats) will enhance our housing stock.
