We are delighted to announce that from May 2018 the new Chief Executive of LJHA will be Mark Grandfield.
Mark is currently Head of Strategy and Investment at Leeds City Council where he has worked for the last 4 years covering 55,000 council homes and the asset management policy, strategy and best practice, including procurement, regeneration, energy efficiency and investment strategies.
Prior to that Mark was Director of Regeneration with Aire Valley Homes for 3 years.
He has also been the Chair of Energy Partnership Ltd and in his earlier career Mark was a site manager and surveyor in both the housing association sector and local authority for over 5 years.
Mark brings a wealth of operational and strategic experience with a proven track record in the housing sector.
He has strong experience of working in a political environment, managing committees and members and was able to demonstrate he would work well with a board and give them confidence.
Craig will continue as Interim Chief Executive until Mark starts in May.
