Leeds Jewish Housing Association unveiled a Little Free Library this week thanks to a grant from the West Yorkshire Masonic Charities, facilitated by Loyalty Lodge 4971. Little Free Library is a growing network of book exchanges, where people can take a book or leave a book. Dropping it off at one of the Leeds Little Free Libraries gives someone else in the local community the opportunity to love it too. Pictured left to right are Simon Phillips, Community Engagement Officer at Leeds Jewish Housing Association; Mark Grandfield, Chief Executive at Leeds Jewish Housing Association; and Raymond Harris, Worshipful Master at Loyalty Lodge.

David Brazil, on behalf of Loyalty Lodge, said “West Riding Masonic Charities, through Loyalty Lodge, are very happy to help and support this community endeavour”.

Simon Phillips said “LJHA are committed to creating inspiring and community-spirited neighbourhoods. We look forward to residents sharing the knowledge and inspiration that books can provide to people of all ages”.

Each Little Free Library has a name, and this one is named “Passion Flower”.
