The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Housing Association was held on 3 September in Stonegate Way. The meeting was attended by the Directors and Shareholders of the Association along with the Executive Management Team. The previous open Annual General Meeting has been replaced by a Tenant Day which is being planned for later in the year. The meeting was opened by Kate Pearlman-Shaw (Chair) who also provided a brief report on behalf of the Board, Mark Grandfield (CEO) then presented a review of 2017/18.

The AGM then moved to the formal part of the meeting which follows a prescribed agenda as set out in the Associations Articles and required the shareholders to approve:

  • The audited Financial Statements for Year Ended 31 March 2018
  • The appointment of Saffery Champness as the Auditors for 2019
  • To note current Board Membership and their Terms of Office

Upon approval of the above, the meeting was closed.
