On 22nd April 2017 history was made when four different services were held under one roof – the Queenshill Orthodox Synagogue, Sinai Reform Synagogue, Masorti and York Liberal Movement all held
separate services in the Marjorie & Arnold Ziff Community Centre.
It was a truly special community event, attended by many. All four congregations met for a communal kiddush after their services. The housing shabbat is a yearly event that we host to bring the community together.
Last year Kate Pearlman-Shaw (Chair of the Board of Management) said: “At the suggestion of one of our tenants, we trialled this model several years ago, this beingour fourth and most successful, with one resident saying they can now go to separate services, but join in kiddush as family.”

Reform services starts at 10:30 AM
Orthodox service starts at 9:30 AM
Masorti service starts at 9:30 AM
Liberal service starts at 10:30 AM
Following all services there will be a joint kiddush in the Oasis Cafe.
